Website Terms of Use

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Use govern how you may use the Throughline Global website. In short: the site provides general information only, using it does not create a client relationship, and we do not guarantee specific business results. A client engagement begins only once scope and terms are agreed in writing.

1. Introduction

These Website Terms of Use apply to your use of throughlineglobal.com, operated by ThroughLine Global, trading as Throughline Global, based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

By using this website, submitting a form, completing the configurator, or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website.

2. About ThroughLine Global

ThroughLine Global is an Abu Dhabi-based digital agency offering services such as digital growth strategy, brand positioning, launch support, social media systems, Meta and TikTok ad management, website or landing-page strategy, and AI-assisted digital systems.

The website is intended to provide general information about our services, help visitors understand possible starting points, and allow potential clients to submit inquiries or book consultations.

3. Website Information Is Not Professional Advice

The information on this website is provided for general informational and marketing purposes only.

Nothing on this website should be treated as legal, financial, tax, regulatory, accounting, investment, or professional advice.

Any business, advertising, website, data, privacy, or growth recommendation provided through the website, configurator, or consultation process is general until formally agreed in a written proposal, service agreement, or scope of work.

You should obtain advice from qualified professionals where needed.

4. No Guaranteed Results

ThroughLine Global may provide strategy, recommendations, creative direction, campaign support, website systems, content support, and advertising management.

However, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, sales, leads, followers, engagement, rankings, approvals, ad performance, platform outcomes, or conversion rates.

Results may depend on many factors outside our control, including:

  • your offer
  • market conditions
  • budget
  • audience demand
  • competition
  • client responsiveness
  • platform policies
  • ad approvals
  • website performance
  • tracking limitations
  • economic conditions
  • implementation quality

Any examples, estimates, recommendations, or projections should not be treated as a promise of results.

5. Configurator Use

The website may include a configurator that asks questions about your business, current setup, challenges, and preferred support level.

The configurator is intended to provide a general starting-point recommendation.

Configurator results are not a final diagnosis, quote, contract, or guarantee. Final recommendations, pricing, timelines, and deliverables depend on discovery, scope, availability, and written agreement.

6. Consultations and Bookings

The website may allow users to book a consultation through Calendly or another booking tool.

Submitting a booking request or attending a consultation does not create a client relationship unless both parties agree to work together in writing.

ThroughLine Global may decline, reschedule, or cancel consultation requests at its discretion.

7. Contact Forms and Submissions

When you submit a contact form, configurator form, booking form, or other website submission, you agree that:

  • the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • you have the right to provide that information
  • you will not submit false, misleading, unlawful, confidential, or sensitive information unnecessarily
  • you will not submit passwords, payment details, government IDs, customer databases, or client credentials through public website forms

ThroughLine Global may use your submission to respond to your inquiry, prepare for a consultation, recommend services, or prepare a proposal.

8. No Client Relationship Through Website Use

Using the website, submitting a form, completing the configurator, or booking a call does not automatically create a client relationship.

A client relationship begins only when:

  • ThroughLine Global accepts the engagement
  • the scope is agreed
  • payment terms are agreed
  • any required deposit is paid
  • a proposal, service agreement, or scope of work is accepted

9. Future Client Portal

The website may refer to a future client portal, client workspace, account area, dashboard, or similar feature.

At V1 launch, the client portal, account registration, login, file uploads, campaign dashboards, credential storage, and client data storage are not active for real client use unless clearly stated otherwise.

Any future client portal will be subject to additional security, privacy, and usage terms.

Until then, client information may be shared through controlled third-party tools such as private Notion workspaces, Google Drive folders, shared PDFs, Google Docs, email updates, proposals, and SOW documents.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the website to:

  • break any applicable law or regulation
  • submit false or misleading information
  • interfere with the website's operation
  • attempt to access systems, accounts, databases, or areas not intended for you
  • upload or transmit malicious code
  • scrape, copy, or harvest website content unlawfully
  • misuse forms, booking tools, or contact channels
  • impersonate another person or business
  • submit spam or abusive messages
  • attempt to bypass security controls

We may restrict, block, or take action against misuse of the website.

11. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website content, structure, copy, visuals, layouts, branding, service descriptions, configurator logic, and other materials are owned by or licensed to ThroughLine Global.

You may view the website for your own business evaluation purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reuse, or exploit website content, branding, or materials without written permission from ThroughLine Global.

12. Third-Party Links and Tools

The website may link to or use third-party tools, such as Calendly, Google Workspace, analytics providers, hosting services, file-sharing tools, or other platforms.

ThroughLine Global is not responsible for the content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices of third-party websites or tools.

You should review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party tools you use.

13. Privacy and Cookies

Your use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Notice.

These explain what information we may collect, how we may use it, and how cookies or tracking technologies may be handled.

For the initial launch, ThroughLine Global intends to use a privacy-first website setup and avoid Meta or TikTok pixels on its own website until cookie consent and tracking disclosures are ready.

14. Website Availability

We aim to keep the website available and functioning properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

The website may be unavailable, delayed, changed, updated, suspended, or removed at any time for maintenance, technical issues, security reasons, hosting issues, or business reasons.

15. Accuracy of Website Content

We aim to keep website information clear and accurate, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

Services, packages, availability, processes, and website features may change over time.

If there is any conflict between website content and a signed proposal, service agreement, or scope of work, the signed document should control the client engagement.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ThroughLine Global is not liable for losses arising from:

  • use of the website
  • inability to access the website
  • reliance on general website information
  • third-party tools or links
  • technical errors
  • form submission issues
  • booking tool issues
  • unauthorised access caused by user-side security issues
  • business decisions made without a signed agreement or professional advice

This clause should be reviewed by a UAE lawyer before publication.

17. User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

  • providing accurate information
  • keeping your own systems and devices secure
  • not sending sensitive information through public website forms
  • reviewing any proposal, contract, or SOW before accepting it
  • obtaining legal, financial, tax, regulatory, or other professional advice where needed

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Website Terms of Use from time to time.

The latest version will be posted on throughlineglobal.com with an updated date.

Your continued use of the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates, subject to confirmation by legal counsel.

The appropriate court, dispute-resolution forum, and jurisdiction wording should be confirmed with a licensed UAE lawyer before publication.
